The house is located in Tovo Faraldi, a characteristic village of ligurian hills 345 MASL. Surrounded by the green of the garden and with an amazing view of Val Steria and Golfo Dianese, the house is provided with a solarium and an arbor.
The building, ancient ligurian home from the early ‘900 has been recently renovated and offers liveable spaces.
In a few minutes by car you can reach the many beaches of our coast, the restaurants and the pizzerias in the Comuni of Cervo, San Bartolomeo al Mare and Diano Marina, and stores to go shopping.
